Diamond events and catering was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time period not only were they professional but they were very timely and even assisted us in some of the things that we had to do. The food was delicious, and the display made the food even that much more delicious and inviting. Chef maurice and his team did a five-star event for my family reunion. A few years ago we had a catering disaster using someone who knew someone to cater our event. We vowed mot to do that again. I hired Diamond events for my Xmas gathering, and they did not disappoint! Arrived on time and set up was a breeze. Once the guests arrived the food was a hit but the prime rib was the home run! So happy I found this company. Just got married on 11/6/22 and they made my entire catering & open bar process run so smoothly. Chef Maurice was awesome to work with. We went with a Prime rib carving station buffet style. Included mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies, seasonal salad, and dinner rolls. Everyone loved the food :) Our open bar had really great alcohol and two signature drinks of our choice. Spicy Margarita and Cosmopolitan which both were a hit! I looked up other alcohol companies and I was not a fan of the options that were being offered for the price. Overall very satisfied with this company. Highly suggest them for any of your special events.
I was the recipient of a catered Mother's Day dinner from Diamond Events and I can't say enough great things about them! We got this amazing Cajun pasta with sautéed veggies. It was SO flavorful, the pasta was cooked just right (not too soft, not slimy, not too sticky), and the sauce was so tasty I've been trying to replicate it in my own cooking time (so far unsuccessful haha). The dinner came with flowers and a bottle of wine, all of which were absolutely lovely. The delivery was packed well, nothing leaking out, salads and bread rolls included. I can't wait til we can book them to cater a big event for us. I know my friends and family will love their food - and their service!
I searched and searched for the perfect event company to organize my mom's celebration of life!! Nick and his staff were absolutely phenomenal!! From the first phone call to the tear down!! Truly went above and beyond and showed such compassion and grace during a very difficult time!!!
